SVC Winery Project and the University of Pisa launch the “Cellar Operations Manager” course
We are proud to announce the start of a collaboration with the Department of Agricultural, Food and Agro-Environmental Sciences of the University of Pisa. This partnership aims to bridge the gap between academic training and industrial know-how, providing the wine sector with professionals equipped with key, highly specific skills to stand out in today’s dynamic job market.
The initiative takes shape through an advanced training program divided into five modules:
Hygiene and safety in the winery
Stabilizations, filtrations and bottling
Technical gases, water management (inflow and outflow)
Grape sorting/reception and must management
Vinification and ageing
Objectives and Details of the Training Program
El curso está diseñado para formar una figura profesional altamente cualificada, capaz de gestionar —de forma autónoma o en equipo— todas las fases cruciales del proceso de vinificación y las tecnologías implicadas.
La oferta formativa dará inicio el 29 de enero de 2026 con la participación de profesionales del sector y visitas a reconocidas bodegas.
Al finalizar el programa, y tras superar la evaluación final (prueba teórica/práctica), se entregará un certificado de asistencia y se otorgarán créditos formativos. Además, podrá emitirse un Open Badge que acredite las microcredenciales adquiridas, un elemento de gran valor y diferenciación en el currículum profesional.
