From laying the first pillars to building the winemaking areas, we have followed step by step the evolution of the new Tenuta Meraviglia winery.
In recent months, we have shared the harmony between architecture and landscape, the sustainable choices, innovative technologies, and artisanal care that guided every phase. This article closes the Construction Stories series, with the final advancements bringing the project to full operation.
Green roof and panoramic spaces
The canopy has been completed in the pressing area, while stainless steel fermentation rooms have been equipped with water collection channels.
On the upper floor, overlooking the Tyrrhenian coast, a green roof will be installed—key to landscape integration.
Also on level three, the tasting room now has floor insulation, while the rocky walls bordering the barrel cellar will ensure optimal natural thermal insulation for wine aging.

Flooring, systems and production core
Construction continues with the flooring of the steel-framed enological walkway—set to host the hopper—and the creation of interior plastering and industrial floors in the stainless steel and concrete fermentation rooms.
At the same time, the distribution manifolds are being installed in the water plant technical room, along with the utilities needed for processing.
The goal is clear: to create a production environment that enhances the appellation and territory, with a focus on soil vitality and plant health.

Concrete fermenters: a choice of quality
In the heart of the winery, new concrete fermenters have been installed, chosen to guarantee slow and controlled fermentations that highlight the wines’ aromatic and taste profiles.
Our team oversaw every installation phase to ensure perfect positioning and connection to the production lines.

Certified colors and aesthetic harmony
In the Cru fermentation room, samples were created to define the color of ceilings and pillars, using HACCP-certified paints to ensure a healthy production environment.
For the exterior, a neutral shade was chosen to enhance the natural surroundings while maintaining aesthetic harmony between the winery and the Castagneto Carducci landscape.

The project represents an important investment by entrepreneur Alejandro Bulgheroni.
The aim: to enhance the Bolgheri territory and achieve excellence in the wine sector. The latest images show the final stages of an architectural, engineering, and oenological work that combines functionality, aesthetics, and respect for the environment.

The end of our journey, the beginning of a great adventure
With this tenth chapter, the Construction Stories of Tenuta Meraviglia come to a close: a journey of vision, innovation, and deep roots in the territory. The winery is ready to write its production story, with solid technical, aesthetic, and cultural foundations set to last over time.
